1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the x33 platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Any duplicate accounts found will be suspended immediately and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited upon investigation. Our KYC process requires you to submit a valid Malaysian identification document and proof of current address. These documents will be reviewed by our team within 24 working hours. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period may result in a temporary restriction on your account's deposit and withdrawal functions.

2Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

X33 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We offer a variety of payment methods suitable for users in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and local bank transfers.

• All deposits will be credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after bank verification.
• Successful withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• X33 does not accept payments made using third-party credit cards or accounts whose owner's identity cannot be verified.
